The suite had two very large bedrooms each with a TV, two large bathrooms, a living room with TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. There’s a convenience store and a restaurant just across the street and you can get take out The location is excellent. I stayed there 4 years ago and loved it - and loved it all over again this time! Couldn’t have made a better choice!!

Everything was awesome

We had a great time at this apartment-hotel. Great location, quiet yet central. Our room (42) was just fine and the breakfast had all we could want to eat. People working at the hotel, Helena, Isabel, Monserrat, and the chefs, Arthur and Raymond, were most accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners of this place for caring and doing a fine job.

The overall property is very safe. The staff are super friendly. The cleanliness of the Hotel was superb. I would recommend this Hotel to all my family and friends.

I spoke Spanish, so no issues for understanding. They understand English however. Place is very clean, spacious (suite), nice furniture (modern). Great Cappuccino (machine, but super good). Close to the Embassies area (main reason for my travel). Hotel called my taxi for the airport. The driver signed at the desk before we left (this gave me a great sense of security). I would return back to this hotel in my next travel to Mexico City.

Nice hotel, well located and friendly staff. Ideal for long stay, since you have kitchen in the room and washing machines in the first floor. Only improvement would be to provide more information regarding the lack of parking on the property.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and have never had a problem. until now this trip went horrible rooms smelled like arm pits our luggage left outside the room in the hallway staff members entering the room as they please not being allowed to park on the hotels parking lot was never an issue until this one time they sent us down the street to another hotel and told us that we can use there for a fee this is just the beggening but ill end it here will never stay again........
