The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a type of hotel that keeps your keys when you leave. Which isn't a problem for me. There's a 24hr front desk attendant. The beach view rooms are worth it. Great views.

The lady working the desk on days was unbelievably helpful. The location is great with amazing views.

The property was ok. It was a 5 minute walk to Islo Bella beach and near the cable cars so it was very convenient. The breakfast wasn’t great and the rooms are small but the view is beautiful!

It was ok. Staff were really nice but location was further than we expected from Taormina cabs were 25euros everytime… and also sooo loud and the room was very mediocre…

Very close to train line and buses continually driving past. Hotel located on narrow main road through Taormina. Breakfast very ordinary with no fresh fruit offered. I would stay next time in the town of Taormina which is a Funicular ride (if you have luggage) above the beach area. Stairs are an option to walk up and down to beach -550 steps!

Had a nice stay at the property. We choose the room with a view of the ocean which was 10/10. However, I would say, only choose this option if you can afford the balcony rooms. Room was very very small. Was though to move around.

Superb and helpful staff were able to get a personal visit from a quality local doctor to check my wife for bronchitis. Saved us a huge amount of time and got her the meds she needed. Stunning sea views from our room! Will do it again!

The room had a nice view, was clean. Staff was friendly, especially Mariëlle. Only downside was the noise level from the busy road in front of the hotel.

The ocean view was great from our room. The staff was very nice. The only drawback was the size of the room. It was really small.

Great location close to the beach. Very friendly staff, Good breakfast. Garden view room was very small but had a sea view from the terrasse ( which was not clean ). Quite an uninspiring room, small and enclosed. Close to the Cable car, so easy to get up to Taormina.

The location is perfect! Close to isola Bella and the furnicular. The view from or room was astonishing

We enjoyed this little hotel located above Mazzarò Bay (steps across the road to access beach), a short walk to Isola Bella beach and almost right next to the cable car to Taormina town. Paid parking available for guests a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, even if they knew limited English but was always happy to help! Great spot to use as a base if you intend to explore the coast and neighbouring towns, much cheaper than staying at Taormina center itself!! I highly recommend Hotel Jonic Mazzarò.. and get the room with the balcony!
