The hotel is has amazing pool and sea views . The rooms are spacious and tidy . All staff are friendly and welcoming.

A minor problem at check in, as staff member clearly wanted to go home and so had no interest to assist our additional questions. Remainder of stay very good. In a suite which was large, clean but looking tired. great view of the pool and sea. All other staff, front desk, cashier, restaurants, bars, waiters, all really friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet regularly replaced, so food hot. Egg station a big bonus, as was the fresh fruit drinks. Many staff around pool to assist with drinks. Evening dining we used the specialty meals. Meals lovely on the 3 days we stayed. Only problem was mis-communications at reception when we could book these speciality meals in advance. Overall a really lovely stay - much better than the ratings suggest. We would definitely consider returning.

Initial room we stayed in was nit up to standard, part of the balcony door broke off when my wife opened it and it hit her, they gave us 2 singles beds, when we specifically asked for and paid for a king bed, the 2nd day they changed our room to what we paid for, much better overall, lovely sight from balcony, beach and pool were lovely with loads of activities, only 1 other isshe was they forgot to clean our room one of the days even though we had the tag on the handle asking them to clean it, food from the buffet was on the blander side, but the a la carte restaurant meals in the hotel were nice

Rooms are dated but clean , an extension lead is a good idea as not many plug sockets in the rooms . Staff are very friendly and helpful

This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk.

Most things in are not working TV was not working, fridge was not working,phone was not working,intercom was not working,shower was not working had only hot water because the tap was broken,very cheap bed frame, some of the hotel staff were very rude to my wife. Food was good But it was really bad experience for my family.

The hotel is dated but clean. The food is plenty full & as you would expect for an all inclusive. The entertainment is amazing. All staff are friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing and the staff very helpful and even a taxi driver his name Imed that took us around shopping was helpful didn’t mug us off , white sandy beaches and clear sea water, breathtaking. Definitely going back in July, with my family.

We spent a magical week at El Mouradi Palm Marina on our *friend honeymoon*, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hotel may be a little older, but that only adds to its charm and character. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, hospitality, and those little personal touches that made our stay truly special. The roses on the bed when we checked in were such a lovely surprise, and the birthday cake made one of our nights extra sweet—literally! Every part of our stay was filled with joy, relaxation, and unforgettable moments. Special shout-outs to the incredible team who made us feel like royalty: **Valid** at the pool bar for keeping the drinks cold and the energy high, **Riadh** the waiter whose service was always spot-on and full of heart, **Mohammed** from beach security who was kind and attentive, **Soulef** from housekeeping who kept everything spotless and cozy, and the amazing **reception team** who welcomed us like old friends. And we can’t forget the fantastic **animation team**—you brought so much fun and laughter into our days! We came for sun and celebration, and we left with full hearts and memories that will last a lifetime. Tunisia has found a place in our hearts, and we’re already planning our next adventure back!

The Palm Marina is an excellent 5 star hotel. The staff cpuldnt have been more helpful and like all Tunisians very friendlly. The food was plentiful and a good variety. In particular i lloved the dessert cakes, perhaps a little too much! I made use of the indoor pool.amd gum while i was there Overall i cant recommend the Palm Marina highly emough.
