The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view of the water and the pool area. Would have been great to have coffee supplied for our stay, but that being said, the onsite coffee shop is quite nice and makes a good cup. The bed and pillows were very hard for my taste. The couch was super comfy though so that's where I slept!

Breakfast Was amazing, coffee point is a good coffee spot, swim up bar had amazing drinks, & the bar tenders from the new sports bar are amazing!

I do not recommend paying for the breakfast. Other than that everything was amazing Stayed in phase 3 very beautiful but my kids loved being at phase 1 pool. I will book again and want to stay at phase 1 but i just hope the rooms are as beautiful as phase 3

Clean room, immaculately clean property, amazing food, service, restaurants, and amenities. Swim up bar and beach grill—excellent service from every staff member, especially Juan at check-in and the bellman Juan. I would recommend to anyone seeking a 5 star experience.

Nice property! Watch your stuff on the beach. Had cell phone stolen out of my beach bag. Later they sent me a phish to try and get password information.

Check in was slow, they said my check in would be at 4 and ended up checking me in almost at 5.

The restaurant food was soooo good! Property was very clean and well kept.

We stood in F102 the furniture in living room is really bad broken down and couch needs to be changed for almost 800.00 for 3 nights not acceptable I have stayed in different condos and never this bad, maybe it’s time to find a new place

Every thing ok

The hotel staff was rude from beginning to the end of our stay. When we checked in to our room my young child found damage in the room that could have resulted in injury but luckily didn’t. I reported it immediately to the hotel staff. Despite them saying it was not something I would be responsible for, I came home to a large sum charge for this I am never staying here again.

The resort amenities were great. The only issue we had was we did not really enjoy any of the food except breakfast was good at citron. and 3 of our family members got sick with vomiting and fevers on the last day after they had lunch from the bar and ate it on the beach. Just bring your own food in my opinion and it’s a great time!
