Hôtel confortable, chambre propre, personnel accueillant, mais le Wifi très instable, et impossible de se connecter à notre compte Netflix malgré présence d'une télévision intelligente.

Hôtel correct chambre propre et spacieuse personnel accueillant utilisation de verres de plastic et pas d’accès à Netflix même si télévision intelligente. En comparant au N Hotel de Québec de jeudi pour moins cher d’où ma cote.

The apartment is wonderfully renovated in an old neighborhood.well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Christian was very helpful and replied quickly to any of our questions.the location is in walking distance to the ferry to Quebec city, but is down a very steep hill ( cliff). If you have a car , l would recommend driving to the ferry. There is a large lot and only $8 for the day. We had a great visit and definitely recommend this location

The room had a smell of chlorine. Room not updated. Only had one big jug for shampoo and bodywash combined.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Rooms were small; fridge was tiny. Location was noisy. Restaurant food was inedible.

nothing unique apart from managers apologies. Screen door won't lock, phone doesn't work room untidy but hotel full, so tough. would not think of coming back.
