The shower barley worked, missing paint all over the walls and trim... Breakfast was good but no hot tub

We experienced a very loud couple in the room next to us. They were having an argument at 3am,it took awhile for the front desk to answer the phone.I had to call a few times but once someone picked up ,the problem was taken care of.

Rooms are very dated and not too clean. Not the same as it was a couple years ago

The hotel was a bit run-down looking, but I liked it’s price.

Would stay again.

Everything was good, beds comfy. Close to Borden where we spent our time . Just a lot of construction around the Barrie area .

Was okay, very dated rooms and furniture. Good location as we attended the colts hockey game. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance and down the road from the arena. Check put is 11am and they were vacumming outside our room at 915am which woke us up....werent happy about that...kinda inconsiderate of thrm tbh. Its no taj mahal if thats what youre looking for. But it was very affordable and suited its purpose.

I stayed here for 2 nights when my son had his hockey tournament in Alliston. Great location, close to all amenities. Staff was great, room was nice and clean. Even the jacuzzi tub was clean. Jets and stuff were cleaned properly cause I ran them first before entering the tub. I was Impressed. Continental breakfast was good, just missed breakfast potatoes or hashbrowns.. other than that all and all… I would return!

It was what I expected. A simple, but clean room with a nice little breakfast made available.

Loud fights in the hall until 3 am. Loud footsteps running in hall all night. Bathtub slippery and sink stopper broken. In all my world travels I’ve never had such a terrible night’s sleep! I’ll never stay in a Super 8 again! Should have been offered at least a partial rebate.

Clean good breakfast

My trip was cancelled due to a family emergency back in February. I informed the staff approximately 24 hours in advance in hopes of receiving some form of refund or accommodation. Unfortunately, they were not understanding of the situation and declined to offer any refund, which was disappointing given the circumstances. I expected a greater level of empathy from such a large corporation.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast is always excellent. Staff is always pleasant.

Stayed with our family of 5 in the suite with bunk beds and added a cot. Great service, spacious room, small but nice pool, fresh breakfast with good variety including sausages, eggs and waffles. Fantastic location with good food options. We ate mostly at the farm boy across the street. About 20 mins away from snow valley resort which is why we were in the area. Highly recommend super 8 ... great price to value, friendly staff.
