The lobby area for eating and outside sitting was opened too late in the day (9:00) for a place to have your morning coffee. The rooms were not all the same, some were more updated for the same money, as well as some had a coffee maker and others rooms didn't. Keep in mind there is no AC and elevator, if that maters to you. The beds were comfortable and the room size was good. Don't expect a lot, but overall it was fine.

The hotel's location is really good - just 20 min away from the city centre by tram. It is a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was clean, but the bathroom defenatly needs refurbishment. I found the price of almost €300/night way to high for what the hotel offers, but maybe it was an extra busy weekend, so they can afford to ask that price.

The staff and the cleanliness was amazing. However, the rooms were much smaller and more cramped than what was pictured in the website. Someone else came to the desk to complain while I was there, so I know it wasn't just me. Again, the staff was great. Loved the free espresso maker in the lobby. But expect your room to be significantly smaller than what's pictured online.

Hotel was close enough to the city and for the price it’s a no brainer. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Myself, my partner and our young daughter came to stay here for 1 night and we couldn’t recommend more. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us all. They were more than happy to store our luggage before check in before we went off to explore the area for the day. When we returned for the evening to check in, our luggage was even already placed in our room. Our hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is also very local to tram stop / line which is only around a 15 minute trip into Amsterdam Centraal station.

The room was pretty clean and good heating system - super strong radiator that can be regulated. Okay bed. Very kind staff, ready to and happy to assityou with a big smile. Definitely recommended!

Quarto simples mas que supre a necessidade do viajante! Banheiro amplo, porém com cortina no chuveiro o que fazia molhar todo o chão. No quarto que fiquei tinha uma lâmpada que estava piscando para queimar e incomodava um pouco o acende e apaga. No chuveiro tinha uma peça quebrada que não fazia segurar a altura desejada da ducha e meu marido precisou improvisar uma amarração. Achei o bairro ótimo, tranquilo e com opções de mercado, restaurante e a bakker Simon perfeita! Ponto de tram praticamente em frente ao hotel. Foi uma experiência fantástica Amsterdã
