While my room wasn't completely clean upon my arrival (minor cleanliness issue), the hotel's response was above and beyond and I was very impressed. The rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Would stay here again!

Really great stay. Staff is lovely and we received an upgrade to our room. Everyone we came into contact with was helpful and the hotel had parking which is rare. Great view from the restaurant patio

Dark corridors and an over emphasis on Savin energy rather than meeting legal lighting requirements in corridors and room bathroom. Toilet flush broken in room on arrival never fixed during stay

Not to be cliche but the Absolute Botel was absolutely great! The staff- professional. The room- so spacious and comfortable. The bathroom- clean, spacious and great shower. The riverside outdoor space is a nice touch.

Hi, room dusty. No coffee a d machine broken. Dust on ledges around hotel. Breakfast not cooked to order, it's held in Bain-marie and just built for you, and then flashedaybe? Poor.

We had a pleasant couple of days, didn't hardly spend time in the hotel.

A nice comfortable hotel. Nice bar with good food. Staff were helpful.Coffee and tea were not replaced enough. Also towels not replaced often enough and bathroom not cleaned enough.

From the check in to the check out, the hotel staff had been excellent. Great hotel and great hotel staff. It shall honestly take a lot for any other hotel to match this one.
