Room 310 there was a stinch that would not quit! I sprayed disinfectants, air freshener, perfume and it still fought through all of that. It maybe the carpet or furniture, I don’t know?? But my NOSE is way too sensitive to ever stay in THAT ROOM ever again!

The rooms have a smell to them it needs to be cleaned and sprayed well nicely. And there needs to be more options for the breakfast it can’t only be yogurt, boiled eggs and waffles.

The area the hotel was located in was nice but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. This hotel was terrible, very unsanitary. The room was old fashion and smelled like mildew. And had stains on the sofa & carpets, the sheets on the bed were dingy. The bathroom also was old fashion, the tub had rust around it, the towels & wash clothes also were dingy. The Tv didn’t work it didn’t have any service it read poor connection. The pool was out of service, yet on the website it’s portrayed to be operable. The worse thing about my experience is I asked for a full refund for my two day reservation due to the unsanitary conditions the manager went back & forth with me because she wanted to offer me 1 day back even though I was only in the hotel for 30 mins. After going back and forth for about 10 mins she finally said ok I’ll give you a full refund but I believe she only did that because there was other customers in the lobby and she didn’t want them to hear my complaints. I checked my account around a hour later it showed two transactions 1 for a full refund & one for a charge for 1 night that she made after I left the premises. So not only do they have a unsanitary establishment but they also have bad business ethics. I don’t even understand how this place is still able to operate and I will be disputing the charge for the one night with my bank. This whole experience was unacceptable very unsatisfied.

I drove 4 hours to check in. Just for them to tell me that there system was down and that they weren’t checking people in. So I asked the ladies at the desk what should I do because I made my reservation months in advance and have no where to stay. The lady at the front desk pretty much told me “find another hotel.” She offered no solution which left me stranded in a place where I was only visiting for Beyoncé's concert. I asked for the manager and she acted as if she went to the back to get him then came back out and said “you can find another hotel since our system is down.” Both women at the front desk were unprofessional and rude. So I just found another hotel after a few hotels told me that they were booked. Then I get a notification on my card that they were trying to charge my card (which declined because my card is locked). I contacted Expedia about this and no help was offered on either end which left me pretty to fend for myself. I will NEVER book with this property again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Open smelling Trash can in the Hotel Entrance. Pool wasn’t working , but use it to advertise online, try Gym Machines not working . This is disappointing. Will never sleep here again

This olace robs people. We arrived to a broke down pool and were told the pool would not be fixed during our stay. The clerk AND the MANAGER told me that he would issue a full refund when hotels.com called them. I followed the protocol he requested and then he refused to refund me. Just stole my money when i didn't even stay at rhe establishment and he guaranteed a refund. Liars, cheaters, theives. Don't stay in this broke down disgusting place.

Was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. We had my niece with us & that was an amenity we wanted for her & we werent told it was closed. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as well not many choices. The over all stay was good though. Staff was friendly & the rooms were clean

The elevator was FILTHY!! They need a new cleaning crew. I checked out around 10am and the hallway was lined with TRASH. There was a fowl smell and I was grossed out! That experience definitely is not worth the $104 price tag for one night.

Dirty, rude rep at check in, bed uncomfortable, felt broken, not private could here folks shower and other activities, pool empty, smelled bad over all, broken ice maker 4th floor
