A very nice hotel with lots of facilities. The restaurant onsite is fantastic and is certainly ‘fine dining’ as it describes itself. We will certainly be back

This is a very nice hotel for experiencing Saint Vincent and the Thermes are walking distance.

Easy to find, great parking available nearby ( you can pay the ticket first at reception). The hotel is nice and the room very comfortable

Beautiful location, friendly staff. The family room was great with loads of space - mezzanine floor for the kids.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!

We had an excellent stay: very friendly and supporting staff (they helped us also to organise our walking trips around the mountains!), excellent breakfast and also the room was clean and really comfortable. Last but not least: easy parking nearby at an affordable daily price and they are really caring about the environment with an excellent plastic free products in the bathroom! I definitely suggest to stay there and looking forward to come back.

We had a 4 pax room with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Very spacious and 2 bathrooms! We rented 3 same rooms and all had 2 bathrooms. The location is right next to a no cars zone with shops and restaurants, cobbled stones. Staff very nice. English or French no issues I would go back

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We had the terrace room that had sunlight until dusk. Had an enjoyable 2 night stay here in Sept 23.

Friendly staff. Hotel provided 4.50 per night parking ticket for nearby parking.

Smart hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good location at thr end of the main restaurant street.

Nice location of Hotel , and room was comfortable. but no bar or the option of evening meal , fortunately there were many lovely Restaurants in the village. 80 euros to use the pool for 2hrs seems excessive for us to use , so we never did . Overall it was a comfortable Hotel , but we won't be returning . .

After spending several days searching options in internet almost a month before our stay in the Saint Vincent area, we decided to book this property through Orbitz as we were interested in a facility with Pool for the kids and Sauna/Fitness for us and relax (similar to other facilities we have stayed in South Tyrol, Italy). Using orbitz's filter, this property confirmed these amenities and did not show any information on additional fees (actually the orbitz page for this hotel also shows clearly extra charges for transportation and state tax fee for turism) To our surprise when we showed up, we were told that Sauna and Pool 2 hrs use was 20 Euros per each person, even for our 2 kids 13 and 15 (more expensive that even here in Switzerland). When asked why was not this properly explained in the booking site, instead of a Customer focus answer such as we will look into it and fix it, the feedback from Front desk was just: We cannot change Orbizte and it is not our problem. Really poor customer oriented attitude. Despite the additional cost, my wife and I tried the "spa" which was also a disapointment as the wet sauna/steam room was not even working, the "pool" is not a pool but a "hot tub" or Jacuzzi at best, not cool water to drink after sauna, no towels. I would really recommend the Hotel and Orbitz to review this information and add this clearly on the web page to avoid other people experience the same issue as we did. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Miguel

Super friendly staff going out of their way to provide ski conditions! Location is perfect!

Huge room-I booked a superior room but it had an extra bed and a huge balcony with a view! The bed was ginormous and very very comfortable-perfect after a long day of driving en route back to the UK from Italy. Check in was easy-we didn’t use the spa as was €20 each extra but the room was very reasonably priced for the size of it! The bathrooms were also separate (toilet and shower) so would be comfortable for 3 adults sharing. The restaurant had lovely wooden features and a log fire (which wasn’t on as it was summer but very cute!) they even gave us a little jar of green tomato chutney as a parting gift! Lovely service -would certainly stay again! Thank you!
