Very convenient with Starbucks and ATM onsite

Room clean.

The suite layout and location was convenient for our needs, however several pieces of furniture had significant staining and discoloration.

Not the bathroom smelled weird and the air was extremely loud

Right across the street from the hospital. Very convenient. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Highly recommend

Room smelled like mold, front desk was very rude throughout the stay not just one person.

Room 424 was clean but the king sized bed was very hard and I couldn’t get much sleep. The towels felt very stiff and hard. Parking can be a little confusing if using GPS. Their parking lot is very small and people park wherever they want at night (not in an actual parking spot). When lot is full there’s no communication or signage where guests can park. Very confusing. Most likely not coming back to the location.

They host events unannounced to customers who are not part of those events, restricting access to breakfast, common areas, and business amenities to regular customers.

We always stay here when we are in Albany. Perfect location.

The hotel was safe clean And staff was very friendly and approachable Efficient and Helpful !!!

Good and clean

Rooms are small compared to other hotels but it was quiet and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool as well as the starbucks and restaurant on site was very convenient!

Nice breakfast restaurant and sports grill. A bit odd that the check-in is on the second floor. Parking is a bit cramped.

Exceptional customer service. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.

It was nice

This was a great place to stay for a concert at the mvp arena. They have a small pool with limited seating but we were able to enjoy it on Saturday morning. Easy to drive most everywhere and we really appreciated the free parking. Super nice staff, too.
