Very convenient location in the city center. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I read very positive reviews about this hotel but that did not align with my experience. My AC was basically not functional and the front desk staff seemed unwilling to be helpful. The room was too warm to sleep comfortably. The shower leaked badly and water ended up all over the bathroom floor. There was no hair dryer and the bottles of products by the bathroom were all empty. This was not what I was hoping for on my holiday.

Beautiful hotel very centrally located in Bordeaux. Rooms were lovely with coffee, tea, beverages in room. Breakfast was nicely presented with a lot to choose from. Staff was very helpful with directions and arrangements. If returning to Bordeaux, I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful and very centrally located. You are close to many great sites and public transit. The staff members were amazing and friendly, and it room was very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation. We didn't eat there but the menu looked very tempting... that's for my next trip. A+!

Great location in the heart of Bordeaux.

Beautiful room. We stayed in 220 which was a delux room with balcony. Hotel is in a great location and very close to rue Saint Catherine and other localities. We did not use the spa as there was no availability at short notice so I would recommend booking this in advance of your stay. Staff were very kind and we would definitely return.

The hotel is lovely (nice specs, clean, excellent location) but the staff are absolutely outstanding. I had a few issues while i was there which could have ruined my stay but shoutout to Constance whose professionalism ensured that I left with a positive impression.
