Comfortable bed & quiet room in spite of a nearby busy road. Good breakfast. Just a slight issue with some black (?) coming off the bathroom floor tiles next to the bath, though the sink & bath were spotless.

Can not fault it. Easy parking , clean room.

Property is in a good location but affected by a derelict building site on the drive way and lots of road noise even at 2am in the morning as situated on the main Plymouth road, lots of late night HGV noise. Whist very tidy inside the external doors etc are in poor repair food choices' were limited, I needed a spoon to eat a very water based curry that was more like soup than curry.

Such a nice well presented clean hotel definitely worth the price and would definitely recommend

The room was great for an overnight stay. The only negative was the sounds (TV) / talking / laughing from linked room(s). Things settled after midnight but we had a very early start so didn't get much sleep.

The main problem was the breakfast. Poached egg where the yoke was hard - overdone. Scrambled egg where there was no flavour at all. We suspected that the bacon was of a cheap quality and that the mushrooms were out of a tin. That said, the quality of the service was excellent.

Very nice place. Rooms are located in a convenient courtyard so you can park outside your room. Staff were great, good food, good beer, good rooms

Overall a good experience. Maybe a bit over priced for what it is. The only negative was the bedding overall. Cheap and uncomfortable. Other than that, all good

The staff are all, without exception, the friendliest and most helpful people you could wish to meet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and the food was excellent

Room was good, nice and clean and staff are always friendly. Only negative was the bed wasn't very comfortable as the mattress was quite hard so didn't sleep too well.

Excellent fresh breakfast, ample parking. A fan in the room & open window made a hot night acceptable.

What a superb gem of a hotel. Location is ideal for travelling with plenty of car parking. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide selection of continental and superbly cooked and varied hot options. Ate dinner in the restaurant and the meal was lovely. Originally booked one night travelling south and then decided to stay again a few nights later when travelling back. Will definitely be back.

Easy parking, a little out of exeter but convinient for the M5. Friendly staff rooms could be updated

Great location. Stuff lovely. Loads of parking spaces but was unable to use the electric chargers due to both having errors on them but used the hotels next door instead Food & facilities good.

Great place to stay for my business trips. Can’t beat the prices & breakfast included so another benefit. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
