Service good, loc good, but at room don't have tooth brush and comb. When I call room service they sent it.

Good hotel for business trip but not recommended for travelling or vacation. It is really really far from subway, and far from city center or other tourism spot. Not a big problem if you willing to spend money and time for taxi which is a bit hard to find too. Other things is okay, comfy and clean room, helpful staff

We can't get highest floor. If need, had optional charges but we only stay one night before flight back so no worth it. The pillow so bad very thin and only get one no additional pillow, balcony can't open. Good thing they had washing machine etc. Deposit 500 Yuan. Be careful, drink water in minibar all need to pay include 2 lay chips; one cost 28 and Evian water big bottle cost 68. My kids were wrong taking complimentary water in bathroom. Totally I must pay over 100 for water and 2 small chips; can't find at supermarket nearby so much paid at hotel.
