Everything was perfect since getting there earlier than my check in and the staff very friendly helped me out.

Love the location...we extended our stay. Continental breakfast included fruit was delicious.

Dreadful. Plumbing is miserable, food is awful, staff is incompetent and it's terribly noisy

Tuve una muy buena estadía, buen servicio de parte del staff de recepción y ama de llaves en todo lo requerido, la comida fue excepcional, muy deliciosa. Lamentablemente no recibí ninguna cortesía y/o amenidad VIP tampoco distinción, por lo que no se si no me correspondía o simplemente lo olvidaron.

Iconic and Romantic experience in Puebla

Very cool boutique hotel with great architecture. Rooms also cool but lousy mattress. Great service and front desk. Great location and restaurants. Walk to Zocolo in 20 minutes. Will stay here again.

Beautifully designed space in a great location. Comfortable bed and a wonderful rooftop pool. Can’t wait to stay again

Excellent staff and a truly beautiful property! Great restaurant onsite, too. One item to note -- there is some nighttime noise from a neighboring club. It didn't impact my stay, but I could definitely hear it. Excellent location for exploring downtown Puebla

Muy ruidoso. Hay un bar cercano que no nos dejó dormir. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación pero sirvió de poco.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Very comfortable room which are perfect for those who need to conciliate work and pleasure.

This hotel was the most special hotel experience I have had. It was safe, we were taken care of and it felt like a spa oasis nooked in a bustling part of city.

It was a great stay. walking distance to great attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself has great food which I was surprised. I ate breakfast once and lunch once and it was tasty food.

The style of the hotel, hacienda style with a modern touch, a little confusing to get to the entrance of the hotel more signs will help specially at night
