Worse hotel ever. Reception has a very bad service. Never ever again. A motel here in USA way better than that Hotel

Nice beach and pool. The rest average to poor. Naf breakfast, poor buffet dinner.rooms from 1980s. No wifi.

Outstanding experience.

This hotel is still great but it’s definitely not as impressive as it was last time I stayed in September of 2022. There’s less food choice in the dining area and no option for all inclusive including alcohol. The facilities are still exceptional along with the staff though.

I BELEIVE THIS PROPERTY REQUIRED TO HAVE MORE ATTENTION OF STAFF AND CLEANING SERVICES.

Overall our stay has been lovely, the staff can’t do enough to help, all very friendly, definitely deserve their tips. The animation team all work hard to try to encourage everyone to participate both during the day & evening. The food was all good, a shame the fresh omelettes stopped at breakfast, food was starting to be labelled as the stay went on as difficult to guess what was being served. The restaurant staff all worked hard & constantly keeping the table areas tidy. The pool & beach areas were both clean & plenty of sun beds available (in June) A few negatives were that the rooms were very dated, the aircon not so great in rooms, the Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area & then hit & miss due to the amount of people using it. I booked through hotels.com so wasn’t given the option of all inclusive so had to buy our own alcohol. Overall it was a good holiday, you get what you pay for

One of the worst hotels in Sousse. The carpeted in the rooms was disgusting. The condition of the hotel was appalling. The food was good. I saw a hotel employee hold a young black man (who was getting food for dinner) by the arm. It appeared to me an act of racism. The hotel's wifi does not work.

The hotel the lobby us 5 star but rooms need to improve upgrade everything in the room are way old and clean less

Was well worth the price

Everything was good except the staff they weren't as hostile as they were with European guests it made me feel neglected and almost not served because of where I'm from

Had to wait 2 hours in the checkin erea to get a room after that there was no minibar in my room and no toiletries in the room went back for an hour in the lobby asking everyone so I could get a proper shower in hot day and did receive little to no attention. Food was really scares and there was a lot of people and it seems that there was not enough food :( I could not relax at all there was music playing till midnight very loud that I could not even sleep.

ALL WAS OK....BUT THEY PUT ME IN A ROOM OTHER THAN I REQUESTED....I ASKED FOR A ROOM WITH THE SEA VIEW...THEY PUT ME INSTEAD IN A ROOM...OVERLOOKING THE SWIMING POOL...AND THER WERE NO SEA VIEW...THEY LIED ABOUT THAT....OTHERWISE ..ALL WAS OK

Very bad place to be very un clean and not 4 star hotel

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Could do with an update. The food was nice and tasty with lots of options to choose from.

Not even at the level of a 1 star hotel in Europe. More like a cheap summer motel in the US rather than anything else. Food was sincerely not good. Cheese was not cheese but fake cheap inedible thing that looked like cheese. Even pizza was not good. They probably make the most margin on food, so you can guess the quality. I ate just to survive, otherwise I tried to have my meals outside the hotel. No WIFI in the rooms. Old CRT TVs in the rooms. No curtains for the shower. And of course the cockroach was a mandatory feature. Old and spotted carpets in the rooms. Hard to get good rooms even if you insist. Hotel overcrowded. Silly and uninteresting entertainment. Probably only positive point: the beach was clean. Overall: the price to pay should never exceed 80TNDs per room per night.

I stayed there for 10 days with only few issues; sometimes water pressure is low, cleaning staff once forgot to put pillow cover, except of that, everything else was great, especially health staff, I've dislocated my elbow at Volleyball, and they were very friendly and helpful.

I was satying one week at el mouradi port club kantoui, then i decided to stay another week in tunisia and thoight i would change hotel as i didnt like the waiters at the first hotel. What a mistake that was! This hotel is ok to stay in if youre 50+, but for people under 40, its a complete bore. Mostly just older german tourists in this hotel. Most waiters was nice here apart from one waiter. I asked for a drink and he said: "are you asking me? Cant you see im already bringing people drinks?" What?! Thats his job, to bring drinks. Just because he is bringin drinks, he could still taken an order. Well, after 3 days bored and also sick after eating the food in this hotel, i asked to transfer back to the first hotel. That was not a problem at all, so i was happy. But this is definetely not the hotel for me. The entertainment waa boring too.
