Great service, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds! Won't stay anywhere else when we come down for our state convention! They even had Dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash and not travel size they were big bottles. Please don't take those bottles if you stay there. It was very nice for them to have that provided in the rooms. I have never seen that before and that was a very kind of provision.

It was a great stay. I stayed here 2 separate times this week, both times were excellent. It was clean, quiet and convenient to food and gas.

The room was clean and recently updated. I was charged $100.00 for incidentals. I felt that was too much. Restaurants are close by.

Breakfast was hot and pretty good! My kid enjoyed the pancake conveyor belt machine. Room was clean, fridge was cold, AC worked. Bed was soft. Room's floor was wood laminate/modern vinyl. Pool was clean and open. Hallway carpet was gross, but under construction. Area was convenient. Nice grassy area for walking the dog and they provided waste bags. Front desk accommodated my request to be away from the elevator, my preference at every hotel since I have sensitive hearing, easily disturbed by noise.

Staff is extremely courteous, beyond what you might expect. 5 star service in a 2 or 3 star facility.

I think my biggest complaint is that the pillows are just horrible.

Everything was nice and clean

Property was clean and it was quiet through the entire stay. It appears that they may be getting ready to do some renovations at the property so it may be better in the near future.

While the staff was great, the indoor pool is not heated and was freezing even though 100 degrees outside. Building is older (currently under renovation- room was great), but the walls/floors creek at each step so we heard kids running and people walking until 2 am. Reported to front desk about the kids, and the running stopped but then just what sounded like stomping adults. Unfortunate as the staff was great and breakfast was above expectations :)

We had a wonderful stay here! Per other reviews, this hotel had been recently renovated and it showed!! At first glance you would think this is a newly built hotel. Our room was spacious and beautiful. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. There were more than enough places/plugs for charging all our devices!! I loved how big the bathroom counter was! Breakfast was very good! Lots of good choices including scrambled eggs, a breakfast meat, biscuits and gravy, wafles, pancakes and more!! Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly!
