Pool was cold

Great play to stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Check in by Julian was both professional and courteous. The property is clean. It would be of great service if you would install towel racks in the bathroom and the the refrigerator would have a freezer. Otherwise everything is good so far. Thanks. PB

Clean room, very comfy bed. Not necessarily quiet, but not a problem for us.

Very clean, good breakfast, great staff. Our only disappointment was pool & hot tub being closed on the Sunday when we arrived. Opened next day but pool was too cold to enjoy.

I had made paid reservation through ORBITZ .com for a room overlooking the river. The receptionist said there was no rooms on that side for available at the rate I paid. Ended up having to take a room on the opposite side of the building. A ripe off - false advertising. Also I had to make a deposit for incidentals - we used nothing, A refund has not been posted to my account.

Staff was very friendly an accommodating. Room was as described with adequate amenities. Premises was clean. Breakfast was OK.

Charge on the credit card is a nightmare. Still not settled. Manager told my friend it could take 5 days. Staff didn’t response very well to request for more towels and Kleenex. Got SOME towels no Kleenex. The girl at the front desk even wrote it down when I was standing there in front of her.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Air conditioner needs service as it was very loud. The location made it easy to get around.

I appreciated that they let us check in early.

While the hotel isn't in any walkable distance to the wineries everything is close. We stayed to experience the hot air balloon festival. The staff was all kind and hard working. Great breakfast. Super clean pool. Room was comfortable and clean. We thought it was a great value for what we paid.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Easy to get to off the freeway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only complaint was a noisy bathroom fan.

The staff was friendly and very available. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff manning it were so on top of everything. Overall, will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

I travel from Las Vegas and always stay at this hotel because it always has the comfort I am looking for. Clean rooms, quiet time, good food and always a great experience. I will continue to book my stay at the comfort inn ♥️
