Cosy, clean and very good value for money

The location was very good, but there was bug in the room.

We were only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Great to have a little studio with a kitchen! The only improvement we would recommend is adding anti-slip mats to the bathroom as the tub was quite slippery.

It was good to stay in this hotel.

Even though the city center is only a 14-min walk, the tram was only 2 min walk away…AND FREE ON THE WEEKEND! Reception was super nice and friendly.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel also offers a good breakfast and underground attached parking. We stayed one night during hot weather and our room did not have air conditioning or a fan so it was an uncomfortable night. The bedroom portion of the room was clean and in good shape but the bathroom is in need of an update as the sink had multiple stains and did not make a good impression. The property's location is within walking distance of the main sights but the line 1 street car is just a block away and very easy to use. There is also a food store right behind the hotel so it's easy to stock up on food and supplies

Friendly staff, good location, nice room

Convenient location within walking distance from the tourist spots. Supermarkets nearby. Although there was no air condition, an electric fan is good enough during our stay. Free parking spaces outside the hotel. Good value for money.

The apartment hotel room was larger than a regular hotel room, with more facilities. The hotel had an adequate breakfast buffet. There was reasonable space to park in the street (in addition to available underground parking). While not located in the centre of town, the walk into the centre was not long. Staff very helpful

I am accustomed to have the room and bed cleaned up daily. The room has a kitchen that initially was well prepared, but the dirty plates, cups, and so forth were not touched by the maid, and the bed was not touched. Highly unusual!

I genuinely enjoyed the "apartel" idea. It was convenient to have a fridge, burners, hot water kettle etc. the market was just a block away. All was very convenient. The room was simply but we'll appointed. I wold certainly return or try another Residhome Appart Hotel since this is a chain. Very enjoyable.

This is a great place to stay because it is quiet and a lovely walk along the canal is behind it. Accessible tram to visit the lovely downtown. You can cook your food there if you want to save $$.

Wonderfull hotel with great resources andnclose to the centre of Nancy. Hotel staff were very friendly and informative of the area.

The hotel was really easy to find by car with free parking in front of the hotel. The check in staff was friendly and the rooms where normal size for a 3star hotel with a nice equipt kitchen the only thing is that there is no wifi only cable internet in the room not so practical for you mobile divices but overall good hotel that I would recommend

Stop over in hotel in Bensheim as couple with dog. Hotel is new, in a business park in a suburb of Bensheim. Good buffet breakfast with bacon and eggs. Welcome bottle of water in room. Airco, overall pleasant.
