The Sterling was amazing!!!! If you come to the Canada side for Niagara Falls, please do yourself a favor and stay here. They have a STEAM shower in the room. WHAT!!!! So nice to take a steam shower after a long fun day at the falls. The staff here were absolutely amazing. Friendly, informative, and just all around great. The AG restaurant downstairs also amazing. The room was so quiet except for the fireworks at 10pm. Not the hotels fault though. The have complementary breakfast the is delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. So nice!!! When we return we will definitely stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience Sterling!!!!

My stay here was amazing! The staff was great. The location is perfect! There's an upscale restuarant onsite and it's also near lots of other nice restaurants. Was able to walk to all of the nearby attractions. Also they serve you breakfast in bed!

The staff was attentive and provided helpful information about the area. The in-room breakfast was excellent.

Our stay was very relaxing and room was very quiet. We really appreciated the upgrade to a King bed Suite. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress. It was too soft for us. I would suggest a small table and chairs to better enjoy the great breakfast that's delivered to your room every morning.

We loved the Sterling Inn. Our room was huge, clean and stylish. We had steps in the room that we thought would give us problems, but it didn’t! Would definitely stay here again!

It was OK but they did not refund my holding deposit as promised of 200 Canadian Dollars!

This Hotel is awesome! Huge rooms, friendly staff, and great location to see the falls.

Superb hotel - excellent service and lovely room. Sterling inn is set back from the main ‘Clifton Hill’ so is quiet and much more chilled than other hotels. It’s only a 10-15 walk to the falls although that is down a hill but not too bad. And you can avoid the crowds!! Room was big and well appointed, and breakfast a welcome start to the sightseeing. So glad we booked here and not one of the chain hotels!

Jetted tub was amazing and came with bath bombs that were relaxing! The included breakfast was a little underwhelming and our floors in the room were a bit dirty- but when I called front desk someone immediately came to sweep up. Good overall experience

we were upgraded at check in to a suite with a jacuzzi, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. The hotels location is in close walking distance to the falls and to restaurants and activities in the surrounding area. Will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Niagara falls area!!!

Wonderful staying at the Sterling inn and spa. Breakfast every morning in bed was great. The room was extremely large as well the bathroom. Walk in shower was relaxing. All the employees were helpful and answered all questions. A wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary. Very walkable area being right on top of Clifton hill with the We Go bus one road up for the blue line.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean nice and quiet and a friendly staff. We are planning to go back there in the near future

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Rooms are always excellent and the entire atmosphere of Sterling is Superior. We have stayed there now 5-6 times and will be back soon.

Hidden gem for an adult getaway. Lovely and spacious rooms. Breakfast in bed and robes add a special touch. Very close to Clifton but walkable to Fallsview Casino also. Will be back!

Able to walk to the falls and Clifton street. Breakfast in bed and can add a little mimosa to it for a small change. Easy and friendly check in and they checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Got an upgrade on the room which was spacious and has a huge jacuzzi tub, robes and bottled water in the room. Restraint on site looked nice but we didn’t take advantage of it maybe next time because I would definitely stay again.

The complimentary breakfast in-bed was a lovely surprise.

The room was nice size and clean. However the bed was extremely firm, pillows felt like plastic, tv didn't change channels. Room was clean. Very spacious. Breakfast menu was unsatisfying. Not a bad place but the accommodations could have been a little better. Staff and management were very nice.

Bathroom needed a touch up, and ceiling was dusty. But as always we will be back love you guys and love the hotel ❤️
