It’s our first time getting in a hostel it was really nice and clean, breakfast was great

Great location, terrific staff, very clean. Breakfast was busy but very well managed, items were restocked quickly and usually without a need to ask. Housekeeping was great, staff very friendly and professional. Only negatives... Hotel is serviced by 3 lifts, 1 was out of order for the the 5 night stay which lead to long waits at busy times like breakfast. Lifts like to give you the "grande tour" too, I must've visited every floor despite being roomed on the 1st floor. Initial impressions of room not great - strong smell of cigarettes. Suspect previous occupant used the terrace as a smoking area but took a good 24h with terrace door open to clear the smell. Disappointed that the TV wasn't smart - no access to streaming content.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and had nice spa. It was well situated for all activities and tourists sites. We would stay here again

There are better hotels of 4 stars for sure. As an overall is ok.

Great location and stay in valencia. Loved having the option to rent bikes from the hotel at an awesome rate per day, made it so easy to get around and see the city.

Good hotel, bar staff are friendly. Hotel is near the Túria gardens and just a 15 min walk to the nearest metro (maritim sereria). Spa circuit is good but some elements were not working. Drinks are fair prices and good measures. We opted for room only as there are lots of cafes in the area.

Room nice and big but basic. Bed very comfortable and water pressure was great however shower grout needed needs a good clean.parking signage could be better.

From the airport, take metro line 5 to Marítim - Serrería station, exit, and walk 2 minutes to the 99 bus stop, which is a four-stop ride to the hotel. City of Arts and Sciences is walkable, with two large Shopping centres, a 2-minute walk.

Great hotel

What can I say the stay at the hotel was stressless the only problem we had was air conditioning was not working but was fixed within an hour of we informed them this is the 2nd time staying and will definitely recommend and we will be going again next year thanks for a pleasant stay

Location is the best. And the staff resolve all the problems and situation

The hotel was really convenient for the city of arts and sciences and also for a couple of malls and restaurants. It is about a 15minute drive from the historic centre.
