Rooms are to small

Podczas mojego pobytu w Hotelu Farmona w Krakowie muzyka z imprezy w restauracji grała praktycznie całą noc, uniemożliwiając sen. Hotel informował o wydarzeniu wcześniej w mailu, ale nigdzie nie podano, że hałas będzie tak intensywny o 1:00 w nocy. Dla osób, które chcą się wyspać i wypocząć, to miejsce się nie sprawdzi. Śniadania smaczne, ale jeśli przyjdziesz później, talerze są puste, a obsługa nie uzupełnia braków, więc nie zawsze jest w czym wybierać. Podsumowując – jeśli szukacie miejsca na spokojny wypoczynek w Krakowie, to niestety nie jest dobry wybór. Ja na pewno nie wrócę.

Firstly i book the hotel for the fact having sauna wich i find ou5 is extra cost on arrival. Secondly we had only 1 big towel and 1 small towel for 2 people wich supposed to be double room pay for 2. The cleaning ladies they alawys forgot something one day to leave water, one day dirty cup.The only good think was the breakfast nice tasty and traditional.as i did not enjoyvthat much i dont have any photo

The staff goes above and beyound to make your stay memorable,Staff are polite , professional no ask is too much.Love that you can feel at one with nature especially when you step in the garden.*****

Good stay. Only issue is no elevator in a multi floor building. Must climb 25? Stairs to get to first floor. Room had no refrigerator.

Everything perfect as always (not my first stay there) except one small thing - sauna is still not working. Apart from this breakfast very good, convenient parking, beautiful park, very good restaurant.

The location is perfect. Close to the Faustinum Sanctuary. Very quiet area to rest and the cleanliness it was wonderful. The lady’s of the front desk very attentive and kind. All personnel very polite.

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly. At check in they couldn’t find my reservation which was already paid for. Luckily there was a room even though it was single beds and we booked double. The room is very small and needs renovations but decently clean. Beware this hotel has NO elevator.

Hotel is terrible - there are so many better and more friendly hotels in Cracow, so there is no need to waste time in such a place. 1) When I asked for the second room card I was told that I may loose the second one, so there is only 1 card per room 2) Noise - I spent there 2 nights - there was a wedding (loud music to 3-4 am), the other night guests arrived at 1 am and were noisy. No advance info about that 3) Only 1 towel (bath towel) per person in the room. No face towel, no feet towel 4) Saunas under renovation - no advance info about that 5) Not possible to arrange spa treatments - spa fully booked 6) Far away from city centre - industrial neighborhood Absolutely no value for money!

What a fantastic gem of a property. Surrounded by woods in a quiet neighborhood, immaculate hotel with professional staff and free parking. We felt absolutely safe walking to nearby shops and dining. Also commuter train nearby. The breakfast was a gigantic buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, juices, cereals. Just fabulous. Didn’t get to visit the spa but looked amazing. Zero complaints about this stay.

My second stay at this place. All to what I need is there. Nice garden, good restaurant, parking. Not near the city center but for business is perfect.

Really nice hotel, plenty of free car parking, friendly staff. Packed lunch due to our extra early start was a really nice touch. Hotel is a little bit off the main road but that made us feel more secure.

Excellent hotel, well laid out grounds, friendly and helpful staff, the food was of a very high standard. Secure parking in there CCTV covered car park and the gates were locked over night.

This property has a lot to offer. Breakfast is great and the staff was very helpful. You will find the regular menu unusual but tasty. Would stay here again.

The stay in the hotel was amazing, we tried foods we wouldn't usually try, we slept in complete comfort, the only disappointment was when was made aware that you have to book spa treatments 2-3 weeks a head of our stay.

Great hotel and food was exceptional. Friendly staff and were very helpful arranging trips. The garden is a nice wooded area.

Very pleasant spa hotel with helpful staff, comfy rooms, great breakfast selection and their own cosmetics in the rooms and a cool playground for kids outdoors. Convenient if you travel along the A4 to stop over.
