Todo bien excepto el restaurante, para comida caro y malo, tardan mucho, la pizza parece de super (hace años tenian muy buena pizza) 25 min para llevar un mojito. Ah pero para llevar la cuenta no demoran ni 30 segundos, igual para facturar, lentos, no se puede facturar en recepcion. Lo demas bien, el desayuno "incluido" bueno, mejor atencion de las meseras.

Staff was great, I got there a little early and they were able to accommodate my family and I. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

En la alberca, tomando el sol y comiendo llevamos aquí toda la mañana mi sobrina y yo , y de repente todos los regadores de las plantas se prenden, mojaron nuestra comida/ bebida (obviamente las tiramos ya q no se puede comer así ya) , empaparon nuestra ropa . Nadie es para checar antes de activar sabiendo que sus regadores mojan todos sus camastros . No teníamos ninguna queja y hasta los estábamos recomendando pero eso nos deja muy mal sabor de boca . Y se los dice alguien que maneja hoteles .

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and quiet. Had to ask 3 times for my VIP welcome gift until I got it.

I enjoyed the clean room, the comfy bed and the shower.

Not all staff were nice. Under construction. No complimentary coffee or tea downstairs. No ice machine on floors. You had to go down to the cafeteria to get ice. I wouldn’t stay there again

Our stay at Victoria Ejecutivo was excellent. The rooms and location was clean, staff was courteous and very helpful! The food at the restaurant/breakfast was okay with lasagna as the exception, it was excellent! There was a pool and hot tub available but we did not use it. We definitely recommend this hotel.
