Well structured renovated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurant that is frequented by locals and always full. Close to the main roads with parking (at peak times can be complicated). Problems: Internet is really bad and the 5G doesn’t work in the rooms. I particularly struggled with that, since had some work to do. We cannot control the temperature un the room (which was very hot even though it was end of Autumn ). Keep in mund the hotel is in a rural area and in November they prepare the soil for planting… we couldn’t leave the window open because of the pungent smell. Still is a good option if you check before if they fixed those problems. Good value for money

The gym was good, but could have used better ventilation. Spa was great, free steam and sauna rooms.

Very nice hotel, but its located in the country. Great for travelers driving themselves, but more difficult if using public transportation & taxis.

Nice hotel but a little dated. Restaurant is very good but pricey. Better to go to the bar. The only caution is that it’s next to a busy street and the sound and vibration of translates all night. Staff were nice but there were language barriers.

Great modern hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent as were other hotel services we used including spa.

Lovely modern hotel on the outskirts of town with large and spotlessly clean room which is well insulated, bathroom has big walk in shower and car park is directly in front of the room which is handy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and one night we ate in the restaurant where they serve huge portions of delicious food. Special mention must go to the staff who are very pleasant.

Great location for taking day trips to Modena, car museums, Bologna entrance to Autistrada right there. Hotel very clean asked to switch rooms for one in the annex bldg was bigger room and much quieter as the main bldg is on a busy highway. Hotel has a restaurant which is not bad, Free breakfast ok. The wi-fi was very weak couldn’t stream anything on my ipad but maybe they fixed it.

I liked the easy way to access the property!

We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home.

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary. Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly

Rooms were great, clean, safe, staff upon checking in were great, friendly and informative. Food in their restaurant was fabulous.

This was our destination hotel, close to Ferrari and Pavarotti museums. It was excellent. The food in the restaurant fof both dinner and breakfasts was wonderful

Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Our fourth stay at this hotel and we will certainly be back again.
