Enjoyed our stay at The Savoy Limerick - beautiful room and hotel, a great location for walking the river and sightseeing. Staff were prompt and pleasant sorting wifi issues.

Great room with a nice balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The executive lounge was well stocked and very relaxing. Overall wonderful hotel with a nice restaurant and fantastic staff.

the room was tired, a terrace room, false grass on the deck covered in pigeon droppings and weaping green algae all over the green copper canopy over, windows filthy due to it all, shower room door faulty, wash basin hot/cold mixed up, food offering basic, cheap fleece gowns, altogether far from any five star hotel I've ever stayed in

We did not have heat in the room the a/c was stuck on so they brought up a portable heater Unacceptable for a hotel that’s claiming to be 5 stars I would say more like 3 stars

Room smell, noise (from engine in room closet), heating.

Very bad smell in the room, smelled musty, was like the room hadnt been used in a long time or something. Sounded like window was open with noise from the road outside but it was actually closed, very badly sealed window.

Top service, great food and atmosphere

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We all would have liked to stay longer.
