We have been here a few times and enjoy the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong. However, during this stay I was disappointed in the breakfast - There was very little offered (some empty trays, empty pot) and the garbage was overflowing (nowhere to put your plates afterwards). The hot tub was also lukewarm which was a little disappointing too after a long day on the slopes. That said, we will be back but would certainly appreciate these things to be resolved.

Staff courteous noise coming from outside not sure I understand how I got a lower price online after speaking with someone directly at hotel.

This hotel is horrible! The room is musty and dingy - the aroma hits you in the face as you open the door. The HVAC is LOUD! If the one in your room isn’t running you can hear the one in the adjoining room. If the one in your room IS running, you need to turn the TV up to ear splitting to hear. Neither the sink nor tub drains, hence no shower as I don’t want to shower ankle deep in dirty water. The laminate floors in the room are cringe worthy. There is an iron, but no ironing board. Overall, this hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

Actually what stood out was the poor breakfast 😕. Otherwise the room was clean, the staff was courteous, and our great grandsons loved the pool but it is extremely cold water for a pool!
