Great location. Steps away from the main park and all the things to see in old town. Very pretty bar and dining room. Lovely staff. GREAT A/C in the rooms. Comfortable beds. Cons: no tea in the rooms and terrible coffee — but you can’t buy coffee or tea at the breakfast area without buying breakfast. You have to go outside. Worst thing was the parking. Smallest garage with the tiniest pin curves. Literally ruined my check-in, I was so nervous about scratching our SUV. And hotel elevator isn’t on all floors — so we had to drive to P5 to park and then carry all our things up a flight of stairs. We avoided leaving the garage just because it’s almost impossible to pass cars coming up/down at the same time too. It’s all I thought about day of checkout.

We loved staying there. Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet and so close to old town, museums, parks and all conveniences we needed. We had the additional experience of visiting during San Mateo festival which was fun.

We loved our stay at Barcelo Oviedo Cevantes! The rooms were super nice and a good size. The beds were comfy. The location was excellent. The service was impeccable. I would stay here again!

The bed was comfortable. The a/c was strong. The room was large. There is a parking garage which was easily accessible for a large van. The decor is modern and attractive.

Everything was great. The service was A+ (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) amazing. The room for the three of us very nice and spacious. The location was good. Not too far from the old town like 15 minute walk. Super clean hotel. The AC in the rooms amazing!!!!!! Super cold. The only thing we wish the restaurant would open earlier for dinner. Other than that all exceptional.

Exceptional 5 star hotel at a good price. Room and beds were top quality. Breakfast buffet was the best! Parking was a bit pricey but handy.
