Excellent staff

Muy tranquilo y excelente trato

The guest next door to our room had the TV on full volume from 9 pm on December 12 to 6 am on December 13. . By 4 am, I could not take the noise anymore so I went to the front desk and reported it. They did not solve the problem till 6 am. We had to get up to leave at 7 am. WE DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL. We requested a credi for that night but were told that we have to get it from Expedia.

Wasn’t provided with the complementary breakfast, was told it wasn’t included, why?? Probably because I didn’t book my stay directly with them?? I will leave a review at their website.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. What I liked the most, was a welcome note from the cleaning lady. I'm Catholic and she write something meaningful and a biblical verse. Definitely we'll be back soon.
