Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Comfortable bed. Had off street parking. Enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, we would consider it to be more of a buffet than a continental breakfast. The staff were lovely to deal with, Omar had some of the best English we've experienced on our trip and him and Marianna as well as the other staff were exceptional hosts!

The hotel was situated in a good area in Praiano. Beautiful surroundings and very clean rooms with a great view! The staff namely Marianna & Omar were extremely helpful and aided us in planning our days well including our final transport out of Amalfi since our transport company let us down and cancelled last minute. All in all would thoroughly recommend this hotel

The breakfast included is ok. You have to pay extra if you wants scrambled eggs, the hotel is ok, the air-conditioning didn’t really work. The views are very nice However there isn’t a lot around the hotel given what I know no I would have paid the extra and stayed somewhere like Positano where there is a lot more to do. I also wouldn’t even consider taking the bus to these places as it’s always full and you have to wait for a long period of time

The views from the room and from the dining area and bar were stunning right over the Mediterranean absolutely breathtaking! Such care and consideration was given to the amazing full breakfast offered every morning, including cappuccino coffee, tea juice carefully created for your satisfaction. Full choice of a variety of fresh fruit, and pastries. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and very friendly! Would highly highly recommend a stay here over Positano Amalfi or Sorrento wonderful restaurants with excellent views without the insane crowds that you would experience in Positano, Sorrento and Amalfi.!

Cleanliness is a five out of five stars. The air conditioning was not in our favor. It was quite warm/hot in our bedroom. When we left for the day, the air conditioning was turned off and balcony doors left open, which made it hot when we went to bed at night. We were able to turn on the air conditioning at night so the air conditioning was working. We did ask for air conditioning to be left on for the next day and they accommodated. We did have to leave our hotel key a couple times because it is a very big key and if you lose it, it is a big fee to replace. The bus meets next to the hotel, but there are two different companies which can be confusing. Our bed was squeaky. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Very helpful staff and good coffee options, good food options. People said Priano is a good location to stay, but we did have to take buses to Positano and Amalfi.

It made a big difference in our overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. The pillows were terrible! The shower was in the toilet so you either showered and the other person had to wait to use the WC. Would not go back to the hotel. The lady at the reception was always in a bad mood

My fiancée and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our trip was booked a little last minute, so i was a nervous about accommodations and where exactly to say. The staff was absolutely amazing. They helped us learn all about the bus transportation for day trips to other parts of the coast. One of the bus stops was even conveniently located right outside the hotel, which was a major plus! For our departure at the end of our trip, the staff helped arrange a private car back to the Naples train station. They provided us with restaurant recommendations that were all within walking distance. They also kept the hotel so clean! Our room was cleaned almost daily (we decided to opted out of it a couple days, but it was still a great option to have). The view from our room was an absolute DREAM and the views from their shared terrance where we ate breakfast was to die for. We had a bottle of champagne sent to us from our friends at home and the staff let us drink it out on the terrance and enjoy the views at night too! I dont normally write reviews, but wanted to share how amazing our experience was!

The town was quiet and clean. The hotel was average. It was clean but could use some updating. Views are beautiful and you can walk to 2 beaches. Breakfast was average with only finger foods. Omar was very kind but it was hit or miss with the other ladies.

It was challenge to choose a hotel or town to stay close to Positano where the nightly rates weren't obscene. I had barely heard about the town of Priano but it was the perfect central place for my husband and myself. Typically I am very skeptical about hotels so I didn't know what to expect to expect when I initially book but within 30 minutes of booking, I received a message from the Lindsey - thanking me for booking. From that point, I felt way more comfortable with my hotel choice. Lindsey also helped with booking a boat tour to Capri and helping me with private transportation from Naples and back. Upon arriving the friendliness of the staff continued we received a warm welcome from both Omar and Lindsey who again helped with restaurant recommendations and ways to get around. Overall the entire staff was wonderful, the hotel is conveniently located so that there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes to you right to Positano. The view from the lobby is breathtaking and if you choose a sea view room you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a place to stay in Priano - I would definitely recommend this hotel
