My biggest complaint was that there were no extra linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa bed. By the time we realized that we had already changed and didn't want to go to the front office to ask for these things. I just would have expected it to be in the room like other hotels. That was my biggest complaint but I do realize that I could have just asked for it despite being inconvenienced. Otherwise the place was nice and the staff was lovely. I would stay there again.

The pool was at the property next door. Had to walk through cold 500’ plus.

Way over priced

First off, this was an average stay, nothing too bad but a few things that will make us not stay again. Service at the front desk and overall housekeeping was below average in our opinion. We checked in at 4:00 we asked for a crib, the lady said"just call when you need it." Ok we are going to need it now or at 7:30, not sure why we couldnt get it right away. We called after we unloaded at 4:30-got it at 5:00. We noticed the microwave was unplugged so we plugged it in to warm up our toddlers meal. In the middle of the night with the door shut tight it was still humming so loud! We unplugged it. The next morning my toddler discovered semi empty alcohol bottles under the bed. I dont really expect housekeeping to clean under the headboards,but when i ask the front desk to double check and make sure they got them all,I kinda hope they do. In the afternoon we came back to rest for a nap, our room was 79 degrees. We called the front desk for help, we were told "If I see maintenance I will tell them." Thankfully unplugging and replugging the unit worked. When we checked out, we told them about the microwave and a loose curtain, the front desk said thanks and then when back to scrolling on her phone. Again nothing too bad, but things that did make us question our three night stay.

Perfect place

Room was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom smelled as though someone had been smoking in it. Did not affect sleeping area. When I notified front desk about the smell shortly after checking in, she was very apologetic and noted it on our information so we would not be charged for violation of the non-smoking policy.

Children running in room above ours. Comcast Cable not working. Very nice updated hotel and breakfast was amazing.

Front desk staff was amazing . Need better pillows also the heat/ air conditioner vent needs to be put somewhere else blows directly in your face . Other than that excellent

There was a drink stirring straw on carpet in full view and a pair of socks on balcony.

Hotel is approximately 2.5 miles outside Glenwood Springs but it’s a nice walk into town or a 10 minute drive. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is love.good -hot and cold options and coffee available all day. Close to the river and some restaurants within easy reach. Overall a good place to stay in Glenwood Springs at a reasonable cost.

Not great. The elevator was half torn apart during our stay, the pack n play that they had available was absolutely disgusting, the keys stopped working a couple times a day and they don’t answer the phones. Honestly, stay anywhere else.

The hotel was good overall, and a for the price we were happy. It is a hotel that you will have highway crews stays out. Not alot of amenities, but what what we paid it was good.

The girl who checked me in was extremely nice. The room was not cleaned very well as we found a pair of men's swimming trunks and a cigarette butte on the balcony. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, not very good.
