Nice staff and good location to the city cruise.

Easy check in, nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of the shore and the town, could easily walk to both which was nice to get to the boat ride and fireworks for Canada Day. Note that they charge $15 a day to park, which is kind of annoying but my fault for not checking the fine print. Rooms were good sized and comfortable, my only issue was coffee maker didn’t seem to work, coffee came out cold and the coffee at breakfast was like water. Breakfast options were typical. Didn’t use the pool but it seemed very nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting

I was only here for one night, but having a small fridge and microwave were handy to store and reheat some food I brought. I also liked the coffee maker but no tea K-pods. I did not make use of the pool and had to leave early so did not get my free breakfast, but I look forward to staying here again and will tell others of my great experience. Cheers!

We stayed 3 nights here & felt it was good. Room was spacious and clean, and it's located a 5-10 min walk to the waterfront which has shops, restaurants and tour boats, as well as a beach and park. The hotel is 3 stories and does not have an elevator. Staff offered help to carry our bags up as we were surprised it had no elevator. The breakfast that comes with room is OK. They had eggs, sausage, beans, muffins, breads, cold cereal, instant oatmeal and yogurts to choose from. It was also crowded in the dining area from 8am on, so expect to form a line and wait for tables if you go then. It was quiet at night and the area was safe, we walked around the neighborhood a few times. Beds were comfortable and room seemed to be updated recently.

The pool is big, and the pool area brightly lit. We were impressed with the breakfast, and the attentiveness of the staff.

Great location for vacation

Very nice and enjoyable community, the staff at the facility were very warm and welcoming. Only stayed for a night but definitely will be coming back.

Great spot to stay, so central to some really beautiful areas and the harbour. My only feedback would be to make sure to have sufficient quantities for breakfast if you’re going to offer it with the price of your room, I’ve heard the breakfast is hot and great but when we showed up at 9am, it was completely picked over, no potatoes left and no more were being made with an hour of breakfast left to go, we were disappointed and noticed many others left disappointed as well.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Walking distance to all attractions. Provide a great breakfast. Staff our the best and offer valuable help

Very clean, walking distance for cruises, Main Street, restaurants. We were there with motorcycle, loved that lots was near. Clean pool, clean room. Only surprised by the paid parking.

It’s near the waterfront you can easily walk to take a cruise with City cruises, Riva restaurant is right next door and it’s delicious. Pump house creamery is a hop skip and a jump away. The park across the way is great place to sit and relax complete with 2 swans blue heron and ducks that seem to be there consistently. Best part the hotel is super clean and the staff goes above and beyond! Helpful!! Kind!! The included breakfast is always well stocked with what you would expect. Shout out to Lynn Liv and Zara
