Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms and beds. Old carpet, paint. AC/fan not working, and no screen on window so I spent evening chasing mosquitoes then being too hot once I closed the window. Inexpensive but I would have paid more for good sleep and no bites.

Great place

Location is an outskirts of the city Montpellier. We used Park & Ride, 4 min driving to Garcia Lorca Tram Station, then 20-25 min ride. Not so many things around the hotel in walking distance. Facility needs some update, but room itself was very clean. Room was kind of small for long stay and pretty basic amenities. Free parking. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice family atmosphere. Breakfast was around 9 euro, everything was very tasty. Highly recommend. Overall good value for money.

Proprietors are very pleasant. Accommodations are very affordable but clean and neat. You would want to arrive by car, the hotel is not near restaurants or entertainment. We found taxi service to be pricey. Nonetheless, enjoyed our stay.

overall its good except the sound isolation between walls are bad. you can hear the next room fair easily.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Although the bathroom was after the renovation but it was done very poorly. Caulking in the bathroom seemed to be done by 5 year old child. Rooms are very poorly equipped. I was not able to close the window with the negative temperature outside. The only heating source was small electric transportable heater which smelled when warm. The room decor is terrible and looks like a shelter for homeless people. Everything is so cheap. The bathroom towels were so warn out that instead of white they were gray in terrible condition.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. breakfast was quite adequate and again staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was basic but clean and adequate for a quick overnight stay. however the room has been heavily deodorised to the extent that it was quite uncomfortable. the other exacerbating issue was the very bad sewer like smell in the bathroom. we ran hot water in the drains, flushed the toilet - nothing would dislodge the smell. we opened the window to get some relief and were thus besieged by mosquitoes. not a great night.

Quiet small hotel, not so easy to find. Good place to spend the night while travelling. Clean, fresh and comfortable beds. We did not have breakfast in the morning, but it’s available. Beautiful setting outside with hammocks and a swing set, tables outside as well as inside to sit down rest or have some food/drinks. Kitchen with microwave, plates, cups etc. available for everyone. Woods across the street, very quiet and peaceful. People are very friendly, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Free parking outside the window. Good little place for the price.

I loved this hotel and enjoyed my overnight stay. The couple that owns it have put their heart and soul into making it a special place. They can he proud of their achievement.

When we checked in the man on reception told us no dogs but clearly says on website they are allowed, he let us stay after I showed him proof very rude man will not recommend this hotel again!

Their breakfast options were great for anyone with a direct restriction! Like gluten free. The hotel is a bit from the tram. About 16-20 minutes walking, but it’s worthy. Soraya the receptionist was so very kind and helpful. It’s quite reasonable for what you pay! I’d holà back!
