We’re cyclists from Australia and have been travelling around the world on our bikes for 5 years. We received a wonderful welcome by the staff and everyone couldn’t do enough for us. The room was comfortable, the hotel itself had a great feel about it making us feel at home. The gym and spa were fantastic. The food was superb and so were all the wait staff. Everyone was super attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this hotel and in such a great location too.

Older facility. Tried charging us for 2nd person. I had 2 room bookings. Finally they found 2nd booking. Overpriced for value provided. Attached restaurant service was good.

I stayed here for 10 nights. It was a lovely experience. The staff was awesome/very accommodating. I also enjoyed the spa services. The only con I can think of was choppy wifi connection. Overall a great experience and I plan to return.

From check-in/reception, to porters, to restaurant staff, has been wonderful. Every staff member had made us feel welcomed. Service with a smile was such a great experience.

The hotel is very nice. Very close to many shopping options and in the heart of the busy city! I liked the room. Always very clean. They have provided 4 bottles of water which is perfect. The restaurant breakfast was great. The best is the staff, very helpful, always support me! Whenever I ask about something, in less than 5 minutes, I have it. I enjoyed a lot my stay!

We booked for 4 nights and will definitely be staying again next time we visit Kolkata. The rooms are cosy, spotlessly clean, and well appointed with any facilities you require. The staff are friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The food and drinks are also delicious. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to the famous bars and restaurants of Park Street.

I had a good stay at the hotel in Kolkata. The rooms were comfortable, and its location is a definite advantage—close to popular attractions such as Victoria Memorial and the vibrant Park Street area, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. However, the TV service could be improved; I often wanted to watch the news, but only app-based options were available, which was somewhat inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay while exploring Kolkata’s cultural and tourist hotspots.

Nice hotel, close to Victoria Memorial. Not as close to Park Street as is suggested.

The service was impeccable. Highly recommend staying in this hotel. The rooms are outstanding and the staff went over and above to cater to everything we asked for. A special mention to Rohan and Sumit at the reception desk.. thank you so much. My mum and husband travelled with me as well and they were well and truly impressed.

The Kenilworth Hotel is a great stay in Kolkata. I was here last year and the service and staff are excellent. The only complaint I have is that the card payment system at the front desk is problematic. Some cards are not accepted whereas other cards need multiple tries before being accepted. Apple Pay or tapping the card does not seem to work.
