The room was very clean, and I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very nice and helpful, my room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, and the breakfast was always delicious (free) For sure I’ll book with them again, and I will recommend them to all my friends and family

The parking is secure, as well as the hotel. We stay at this hotel every time we go thru Tepic. It’s a beautiful property, great staff especially Francisco.

Property allows dogs for a $25 fee each. Lousy restaurant. Staff appears unaware of amenities (free breakfast) Not welcoming
