Breakfast is very good Lovely welcome staff

The room had hair from the previous guest. The hot water didn't work properly the first day and the staff was not helpful. I asked to arrange taxi to the airport and was told I needed to do it myself, and also staff was hesitant to print out my pcr results for me but finally did it in the end.

The bed is a bit hard, small fridge in the room is noisy, pillow has only one size which is too high and too hard for me.

OMG is the 1st word from my mouth when I arrived here. Nice stay and beauty hotel. Lovely place with beautiful pool. Only my suggestion is provide small Gym, lighting in the room should be more romantic. Overall is great, value of money, and I will stay here again next time.

We were able to leave our suitcases for a couple days when we went to a different island, it was very helpful

In accordance with what is offered in traveloka and as my expectations, very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and all functioning properly. Delicious food. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. To be sure when to phuket again, I would definitely stay there back. The hotel is highly recommended
