Checking in and out was a pleasure, they did not forget anything that was included in our booking.

This is a nice hotel, albeit on a business park - a way out of town. My favourite things about the hotel was the staff.

We never ate breakfast at Lagoas Park Hotel. There were no shops or anyplace for a tourist to view or enjoy. We had to use Uber and a rental car to do anything we wanted to do except go to the mall. The hotel shuttle will take you anywhere within 6 miles. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for fun and excitement or to tour Portugal and it's surrounding areas.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic family suite, we had a great time staying there with our two kids. I would highly recommend purchasing the breakfast option, we found the food selection to be great. The only downside was that the area around the hotel is not walkable and you would need to have a car/take an Uber to go out for dinner/shopping.

One little thing I would suggest is tea & coffee making facility should be available in the bedrooms

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pros: staff are friendly and helpful, free shuttle on weekdays is very handy to train station, Lidl grocery is 13 mins walk away, self serve laundry is 13 mins walk away. We appreciated the staff friendliness. Cons: free shuttle does not operate on weekends (this is very inconvenient), no dining options close by, onsite dining limited, no brewed coffee at breakfast, room we stayed in was extremely small. If you are here for tourism purposes you might want to choose a more central location.

Very friendly staff. Free shuttle service to and from the orieas train station Monday to Friday. Breakfast was good, some veggie options in the hot selection, but could do with some more. Overall very good stay.

Lobby is bright and beautiful, instead room is a bit dark and dated. With a car it’s convenient.

Situated in a business area. Not much around the area, so having a vehicle helps. A shopping center is 5-8 minutes drive so that was good. Overall, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Lovely hotel with clean facilities and friendly staff. The location is in a business area so there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance but Uber is cheap so about€9-10 should get you somewhere to eat. We used google maps to help locate restaurants around. In addition we used Uber a lot to get around. Just be aware that you have to pay $2.50 for water in the rooms although I think you get a complementary bottle which is free. Rooms were cleaned, toilet roll replenished and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was lovely with a variety to choose from.

Hotel is idealy located, especially on weekends when the work offices surrounding the property are closed. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Great ambiance in dining and socializing areas. Will return on future trips.

Perfect stay and very warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Had to unexpected go with 2 small kids alone and staff was so attentive during our stay. I got help to pay for a cab (as the machine did not work and I arrived without money) and also extended my days with a lot of flexibility. Hotel overall is for sure 4 star, but for us service was 5 star from the staff. The only issue we had in our room (suite 6 floor) was internet connection. It may not be an issue on other floor / rooms.
