The hotel need major updates. Would not stay there again.

Awesome place

Enjoyed the entertainment they had at night in the bar.

This property looks nice on the outside but inside it’s very old and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable as it is worn out ( had a huge dip in the middle and creaks). The bathroom was outdated, carpet in room was very dirty.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. It’s in need of some renovation in the public areas and the bathroom but the room itself was great and looked recently updated.

Room was on ground floor close to all amenities which was good for 2 over 80s. Staff were very helpful and friendly and answered any of our concerns immediately. All good.

The hotel was full of fly’s. In the room, dinning room, halls, everywhere.

Staff in general were good but the experience of breakfast very disappointing. Hard to fun a table that has been cleared, cleaned and relaid. In fact we had to lay our own. Shortage of cutlery, plates and glasses. Empty food trays including bread. Staff very slow to clear tables and some very miserable looking. Poor quality bacon. Coffee dispenser failed to work. Have stopped here many times before Will not return.

Great location. Easy to find. Clean, nice rooms. A very nice place to stay.

This property did not have working a/c, beds uncomfortable, tv was rigged to wall, and toiletries not there.

It was clean but room in need of an update. Amazing reception made up for the tired room, I guess.

Treacy’s West County is conveniently located less than a mile from central Ennis. Staff is efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet is fine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Price is reasonable.

We had a great stay on our Honeymoon! We checked in and was greeted by friendly Hannah, and Isabel! They gave us a honeymoon gift that was unexpected and touched our heart, making our stay extra nice! Housekeeping Samira was wonderful too. thank you!

A lot of noise under the room al night People waking around

Location is great-only 3/4 mile from Ennis city center, easily walkable. Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has well-prepared hot and cold items.
