They take way too long to clean the rooms, and they charge you if you use their parking without notifying there is a fee.

We were driving to the keys And picking someone up at the airport, decided to stay here for the night. Yes, it definitely is an older, “made-over” hotel. However, the staff is incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and they have Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner in every room which made it even more convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was very kind. Arrived earlier than expected, and the were able to get a room for us very shortly after arrival. Hotel is extremely clean, bed was super comfy on my back (I have back issues). We Stayed here because it was also very close to Port Everglades for our Cruise the next morning which was perfectly convenient! P.S. Awesome little Breakfast setup in the morning with plenty of options for everyone. Will definitlely stay here again.

Room was nice, clean and well kept. The linens were fresh and and comfortable which made for a relaxing mode. The water temperatures were good and the room temperature was comfortable.

Great for an overnight stay

I loved there was no carpet in the rooms. The tile floors were so much nicer. The room and the hotel were extremely clean and refreshing and smelled so nice and fresh. The staff at the check-in/check-out desk were friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in lately.

The facility was very nice. The staff was ready and waiting. It was very clean and I like the fact that they serve breakfast for the kids.

The computer system went down just as I was about yo check in and there was no back up plan. Literally took hours to get sorted

Don't like it

Although the property seems to be in an up and coming area, it was very nice. There are lots of other newer properties around, so it felt safer. There were some homeless on the streets, but nobody bothered us. Very convenient to the airport and beach.

As soon as you step into the hotel is super clean smells good. Everything‘s organized. The elevators were clean. The facilities were clean. My room was clean. Smelled good no issues with anything. The breakfast was OK.

The midnight staff was wonderful and our room was clean and comfortable. The daytime staff had a bad attitude. She was not very friendly. They didn't mention that the airport shuttle doesn't run 24/7 so when our flight was delayed we had to arrange an Uber. Then the next day we asked to use the shuttle and the desk lady was rude and again told us that needed to be scheduled in advance.
