The hotel is maintained in good condition, which is dfferent from other reviews read before visiting Helsinki.

Lovely hotel in central Helsinki with very friendly staff and an excellent buffet. The only point I would make is that perhaps certain parts of the room I was staying in could've done with a little more attention - dust on top shelves etc. Bathroom was spotless!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is great - close to downtown, close to the ferry terminal, close to transit. The staff is very friendly and helpful - will call you a taxi if you need one. The free breakfast buffet is extensive with choices for every single taste - you’d probably have to pay at least 20 euros somewhere else. The room was comfortable and there was a nice Finnish sauna. The only thing is that if you are going to be there for more than one day, you need to arrange for housekeeping, as apparently they don’t automatically clean the rooms each day. But I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Stay Ok, not amazing, as there are a few equipments/services that needs to be updated. A bit cold in the room, where the AC makes a bit of noise when working. Staff attending really nice, best of the hotel I think.

Great location for a business trip

The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home

We took an overnight boat from Saint Petersburg to Helsinki and arrived in the morning. The hotel was about 20 min walk from the ferry terminal and located about 10 min walk to the city centre. The breakfast was great with an omelette station. The room was modern and clean. We used the sauna which was located in the basement. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Food in Helsinki is expensive so be warned. To get around the city we hired city bikes for 5 euros a day which was great.

Very close to the center of Helsinki, plenty of restaurants, bars etc in the area. Good business hotel, beds come across as a little old
