It was a great stay, everything was as expected but the main bedroom fan was very noisy and dusty throughout the rooms

We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. Things do close early (like 4-5pm) so plan accordingly. Only the restaurant was a let down. Meh food and had to work to get silverware and napkins. Staff there was friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this resort!

Rooms were spacious & clean, no aircon in 3rd bedroom, and whilst we had the ocean view we paid for was not nice sitting on the verandah as its so hot, 2 compressors blowing hot air and even when you turn them off to sit outside its like a cement hot box that traps the hot air. Shame

Nice big rooms, excelent bed, equipped kitchen, nice view of the ocean, pool and great amenities around the hotel. Friendly hotel staff.

We found the room was lovely and big, however it needs some TLC. The net curtains were ripped at the bottom and the balcony was growing weeds and moss. The outdoor furniture was very tarnished/rusty. The room could do with a deep clean and there were stains on the dining chairs. We did have a slight problem with tiny ants too. However it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

Room cleaning in price. Staff members at counter to be nicer. (In the whole time i was there only one young lady was nice, everyone else made me feel like a inconvenience).

I was a bit disappointed. I stayed for three days and no one came to clean. When I asked the front desk, they told me there was an extra charge, which surprised me. Their rooms are already expensive; why wasn't room cleaning included? Many other hotels are cheaper and have housekeeping every day. So next time, I'll choose a different hotel.

Great location. Good walks along coastline, 2min walk to good quality restaurants which cater from breakfast to supper. OR use the kitchenette within the room if on a budget. Warm swimming pools.

Spotless and to a very high standard. Only complaint was we only had 1 night here. Breakfast at Salt Cafe superb.

Pool was great! Staff were nice, but never got back to us on late check out. Apartment was nice but the floors were not overly clean, stained towel. Wouldn't bother ordering room service, most of our order didn’t arrive, when it did turn up it was cold or missing things.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
