The room was nice with a huge bathroom. The dog barking into the evening and by 7am was not. Hot tub wasn't working/operating. Breakfast was OK.

Overall was a great stay, the bed was a bit more firm than expected.

Very clean.. very noisy above us affected our sleep.

The bathroom shower taps could use a little love. Very loose. The drain plug is not working either.

We were not there for the ski slopes or the shops.

Was hair in the room bathroom door didn’t latch kept $200 damage deposit for Absolutely no true reason room was still tidy when left and damage free

Loved the hot tub in the room

Breakfast was cereal and dry muffins. The coffee machine was terrible. My least favourite part of the hotel was the breakfast Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming The pool was closed the first day and the hot tub was under repair for the whole duration of our stay which was very disappointing

The pools should be monitored. Two kids would use the slide at the same time as well as some adults would use it too. Very dangerous especially for the kids in the pool to get hit.

The pool was small and not deep but the slide was fast and awesome!

The room was very clean, so was the building. Only downfall no towels for the pool

Staff was amazing. Hotel out dated and only lamps for the room. No over head lights and was found was to dark.
