This was a great hotel with beautiful grounds surrounding it. After being in city hotels with noise and congestion, this was delightful stay that was peaceful, quiet and serene. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was delicious. Great time. Would have liked to stay longer.

The hotel is located outside of Dresden in a small town with easy access to the city as well as the Autobahn. Located on a quiet road, surrounded by wooded areas, the building was originally the stables for the local prince. This being said, it is within walking distance to the local palace, summer home and light house--all fantastic examples of architecture. There are many bicycle and nature paths along with horse-drawn carriages in the area, so you can park your car in the hotel parking lot (ample space) and enjoy the local sights. The staff was very polite, courteous and professional. The hotel was well organized and thought through. We noticed that a couple of the staff members were fluent in English and others knew basic English phrases. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious. The rooms were pristine. All rooms contain a small fridge and safe. We were even serenaded by some of the local roosters and cuckoos. My husband and I had a fantastic two night stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Ein schönes Hotel, idyllisch gelegen. Die Servicekräfte sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück waren alle superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Laut Expedia-Webseite sollte dieses Zimmer 26m2 groß sein. Bekommen haben wir allerdings ein Zimmer, das den Bildern des 17m2 großen Zimmers der Webseite entspricht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde mir auch die Buchung gezeigt, auf der ein Standard-Doppelzimmer angegeben ist. Unser Zimmer entsprach wohl auch einem Standard-Dz, war aber somit nur 17m2 groß. Der Preisunterschied beträgt ca. 30 Euro. Dies ist wohl kein Fehler des Hotels, sollte aber bei Expedia mit richtigen Angaben beworben werden. Insgesamt kann ich aber nur sagen, dass das Zimmer sehr sauber war, das Badezimmer aber sehr klein. Wir haben aber sehr gut geschlafen und morgens ein gutes Frühstück bekommen. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mehr über Expedia buchen, sondern nur noch direkt beim Hotel.

Durch die Feier im Haus (Hochzeit) war unser Zimmer sehr laut. Das Personal ist angenehm freundlich. Frühstück war dem Preis nicht angemessen.
