Everything was great the property was nice the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. You could walk everywhere with ease. Staff was fantastic whom I interacted with Erin was great give her a raise.

Absolutely beautiful B&B on Folly! Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Very convenient. Loved the rooms, our screened porch and our breakfasts. Very nice to have beach chairs available and a ride to the beach. Minor issues- Coffee could have been a bit stronger. Our ceiling fan was noisy and fixed after our first night. 2nd floor rooms a bit noisier as they are near lobby. We would stay again.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Waters Edge. Everything was great. Only issue was the TV didn’t work. I think the service was out. Otherwise we really enjoyed the room as well as the breakfast! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

Room right next to check in area, 2 of the women not friendly at all. No tv channels, hot tub in room didn't work.

Second time here. We always enjoy our stay. Love the happy hour and breakfast offerings!

Fantastic quick getaway. Tucked away between the marsh and the town. Walking distance to beach and food etc. Cool place with a cool island vibe even in January. They even offer golf cart ride if you need.

A clean room with a view of the march. Happy hours from 4 to 6 with few appetizers and wine. They also have bikes for a stroll around Folly. The bed was way too soft, I sinked in the middle. The linen was clean and they have robes. I had a great stay.

Charming little bed and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room decor was very cute and bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Nice bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us for our anniversary. We really enjoyed this bed and breakfast and would recommend for couples!

Staff was amazing-so very helpful! Wonderful home made breakfast and daily happy hour were awesome. Rooms were very tastefully decorated. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Water's Edge Inn at Folly Beach was the best hotel experience I have ever had, with fantastic service. A delicious complimentary homemade breakfast was offered daily between 8am-10am, with food quality surpassing that of some restaurants. The inn was ranked as having the best breakfast in bed in South Carolina and also offered daily free happy hour. Shuttle rides to the beach with umbrellas and beach chairs were provided, and the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and strip with bars and restaurants. I will definitely return in the future! Rating: 5/5 stars.

Fantastic staff!

Excellent hospitality by the staff. Delicious breakfast, they have happy hour every day with good wines. I love the shower and the bed is so comfortable.

Loved all the amenities offered here! Highly recommend staying here.
