Staff was helpful, except the concierge and front desk staff. Bed and pillow was very uncomfortable. You don't except this from a 4-5 star hotel. You had to make a special request for some basic stuff, such as wash towels, Q-tips... Room was not being serviced regularly (daily).

I loved this hotel! The room was beautiful, I enjoyed my free water bottles as a Hilton Honors member and the food at the restaurant was superb! I dined there every night ☺️

DO NOT COME HERE. We got stuck for a minute in the lift, they asked us what we’d want, we propose one day breakfast and one day dinner. Breakfast was a buffet that was okay, for dinner they didn’t let us know we could have either executive lounge (which gives only hot rice, chicken shniztel and onion ring and some other cold stuff.) or a la carte. We were disappointed they didn’t propose a la carte. The price for executive was $65, we proposed to switch to a la carte and match the price, they refused, we were about to eat at the restaurant on the first floor when we saw a MOUSE. We immediately left and regretted eating breakfast there two days ago. The other bad experience we got was the room service. They don’t give new slippers, the cleaning is soso, they forget to give water at times. The valet service is professional , they give good advice, they recommended Orient Bosphorous which was great! Other than that, the front desk dont try to solve issues. They keep throwing the ball to the next “manager” in line. When you want something sorted, they tell you to wait for this and that manager. Exhausting.

Once again, it was a great stay. It is a great value hotel in terms of location, rate, quality etc. It is always my first choice when I have business in that area. The staff are always warmly welcoming. They gave me a free upgrade because the room was not ready. Very much appreciated.

I was very satisfied with the hotel in general. This is my second time staying, the last time in October/2024. I'll be back again text year!
