The service was excellent. The location was convenient, and the staff were cheerful and friendly. I've stayed at many resorts and hotels, but the staff here are the best. There were fun activities for children, and the spacious, green surroundings were lovely.

A gorgeous hotel. A nice room and lovely grounds and pool. The restaurant and bar were great, serving gorgeous food. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They organized tours for me very quickly. The location is excellent—a minute from the old town and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful river. I loved this hotel and Hoi An so much I extended my stay by 2 nights. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

Very nice space, friendly staff. But breakfast is simple. The restroom does not have a sanitary spray, which is a big inconvenience for those who are used to using this device.

The location is ok, only the shower faucet in the bathtub is broken and the cold faucet is only available for hot water. Because I only stayed one night, I was too lazy to change rooms and call the front desk to check, next time the hotel should check more carefully before delivering the room to the guest.

I pay for a room with a bathtub. However, when I checked in, I did not see a bathtub, I asked the staff to change my room, so the staff spoke in a roundabout way to ask for a room with a bathtub, then the standing shower is a standing bathtub ?! While it is the default facility on the web when I book a room. In the end, there was no exchange room for me and I did not receive an apology. My room is also quite old compared to other 4 * hotels and compared with promotional photos.
