The hotel is nicely located near Dontobori, and finding food is not a problem at all. The hotel provides coffee and tea at the lobby, which is very thoughtful of them. They provide amenities too, which is a plus point. I will definitely stay here again if I'm going back.

The employees are very friendly. I left my money in the deposit box, and I was contacted to return to the hotel to take it. It was great when we checked out; the room was immediately checked and notified. I was in a hurry because I thought check-out time was twelve o'clock. It turned out to be eleven o'clock. The hotel location is also very strategic. Thank you Cross Hotel for everything.

Perfect location for Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi, excellent prices for the rooms and services provided (I. E. Delicious breakfast, roomy bathtub, etc.), 10/10 will stay again

The room is very spacious and clean, and the location is near to Dotombori area and to the Osaka station. Overall, my husband and I had an incredible experience staying in Cross Hotel. Definitely will come back.

Location is very strategic, near with Namba station, department stores, high en brands stores, the atmosphere so wonderful, this is my second time stay here.. And would stay here again if I come back to Japan, thank you cross hotel! U r the best!

Near Namba Station exit 14 and Dotonbori Shopping Street. Service staff really make us feel welcome.

Great hotel. Very close to namba station, only a 2 minute walk from exit 14 & 15B. And very close to Glico Man sign. We had the room on the 12th floor which the concierge said was just renovated, so the room looked brand new and comfortable. Staffs were super helpful when checking in and checking out. Available amenities are great. They have bath salt, shower cap, hair turban, razors, toothbrushes, combs, pajamas etc. Overall the stay was splendid. Can’t wait to recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nice hotel, polite service

Hotel with a great location. Very close to dotonbori and glicoman signboard. Across the road aa donQ and matsumoto kiyoshi. Close to the Osaka-Namba station exit (exit 14) and about 10 minutes walk to Nankai Line Station to Kansai. The rooms are somewhat smaller than our hotel in Tokyo (mystays gotanda station) but it's very recommended hotel!
