Central location, lift access to beach, nice rooms and pool area. Adults only is a plus.

Hotel was lovely and in a great location, food was good, only negative is hotel didn't replace coffee sachets during my stay in my room. A little cheap after paying good money to stay.

I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Torremolinos and I learned that it really depends on what you plan to do in Torremolinos. For me this hotel was the perfect blend of beach time in the day and going out in the town to the bars at night. As they say location, location, location! This location is the perfect combination. The gentleman that works the reception in the evenings was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. I used the spa for a day and that was a nice perk. The gym is fair, nothing fancy but they do have one. The buffet for dinner had a great selection. My room was very clean and roomy. And the view from lookout on floor H was fantastic! The hotel was quiet, safe and comfortable. I will definitely return to Torremolinos someday and I will plan to stay at Hotel Fenix again. Great hotel!

Great location from both sides of the city. The one on the top 8th floor where the reception is and at the bottom at the sea level. Good service, tasty food, easy cashless payments. Świetna lokalizacja z obu stron miasta. Ta na najwyższym 8. piętrze, gdzie znajduje się recepcja i ta na dole, na poziomie morza. Dobra obsługa, smaczne jedzenie, łatwe płatności bezgotówkowe.

I was told I’m getting free room upgrade but didn’t get it , when show them the booking they said I don’t get balcony even tho it shows in my booking charge me extra money agter they confirmed at a reception I’m getting free upgrade, they had no idea about the VIP platinum member.

A great hotel that has easy access to the upper city and beach across via a lift.

Great location in the centre of town. Would recommend for older couples but not so much 20s and 30s because it is very quiet including at the pool and the bar. If you want a relaxing stay and intend on not leaving the hotel often then it is a perfect choice. The pool area is very quiet despite usually being busy, there is no music so has library vibes. The staff were all incredibly helpful particularly at reception, they were always willing to go the extra mile to help. As mentioned the location is a good middle point between the beach and the town centre, and therefore there are great views from the rooms and bar area.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience overall. Good Points: The hotel decoration was beautiful, with a modern and cozy ambiance that made the space feel welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made check-in and check-out easy. Additionally, the cleanliness was spot on throughout the hotel, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. Bad Points: Unfortunately, the room placement was less than ideal. We were on the ground floor, and the toilets from the upper floors had a loud sound that resembled a waterfall coming down our wall, which was very disruptive. On top of that, when we went to check out, the showers were unexpectedly cold, which was frustrating, especially after a long stay. Overall, while the hotel has some great qualities, the issues we faced with noise and temperature made our experience less enjoyable.

This hotel closed to beach, restaurants and public transportation. Terremonalis is a very nice city.

The hotel is not new, but I like the resulting charm, style and atmosphere. It's really perfectly situated close to shops and train, and with a lift that goes just about to the beach area. Excellent breakfast! Nice room, but guess views vary. Mine was not perfect, but I ordered late. Reasonably priced. If I retur to Torremolinos I would like to return to Fenix. Wifi was somewaht unstable.

Staff very friendly , bed comfy, food good but for me the advantage of being able to swim outside in December , because of the warmed water, is a bonus. Evening meals were a bit rustic for us but we were there during religious holy weekend with many Spanish staying in hotel. But there was still a good enough choice for us. Breakfasts were above usual hotel standard. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a winter break

The staff are great. The breakfast is average. The rooms are dated but clean. The pool is not heated. Great access to the city! Location here is the premium.
