Well, my flight was delayed, cancelled and rebooked. Unfortunately my reservation was non refundable. I’ve reached out to the hotel staff and they were adamant about the policy and offered no flexibility. I’m sure it’s a nice hotel, but given what’s going on in the world these days you would think they will be somewhat flexible. I asked them to rebook me for half of the stay and I was denied. Just be aware that they are strict on their policy . I don’t like it, but it’s business I guess!

Very good location. Closed to shops and historical places. Breakfast is very good. Reception staff is very helpful. Room is clean. Just one point I was concern that the mattress kept moving. It was not on a fixed base. Hopefully hotel management will sort it out.

The location is superb, right in the old town. The hotel is in an old building, but our room was fine. There are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars just steps away, and short walking distance to cathedral, port, museums etc. Only comment would be the lack of a guest lounge/area in the hotel.

Nice location and area close to all tourist attractions and transport. Breakfast was really good. Roomms were a bit smaller than we expected but we had got the bunk bed option for kids and it felt a bit claustrophobic. But I guess thats typical european hotels. Staff was helpful and courteous.

The room was pretty basic. The bathroom was amazing. There are no streaming options for the TV so if you do not speak Spanish, you are stuck with one channel.

Not quite updated and up to the standard as a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is good. But the bath room really needs an upgrade.

Hotel very central to all shops and amenities, the room was very clean and spacious, for our party of three people. The staff are so friendly, courteous and excellent to deal with, their English is excellent. A little gem in the heart of Malaga♥️

Internet had lots of bugs, we end up tethering to our cell phones. Breakfast was very good, great service. Perfect location! Pati at reception was very helpful
