Fine room and excellent staff.

Dunno couldnt make ut to the hotel as our flight was cancelled in the morning of the stay and was unable to get to Jersey

The hotel itself was of a good standard. It was short staffed which made breakfast chaotic. Lots of mistakes and lack direction on how the system worked. Quite a bit of confusion. It was our first stay there and we didn’t know what we were supposed to do at breakfast.

Staff from arrival to departure and at anytime during the stay were super friendly and helpful. Bar food menu was good quality. As per hotels we did find the drinks very expensive. We loved the location and view of the sea.

Lovely hotel in great location. Excellent gym and pool and restaurant good.

Bedrooms need update. Bathroom poor with tired shower over bath with no power.

The staff were excellent. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. We informed the desk on arrival and the chef put together a menu of dishes they could put together for her. The room was wonderful. very clean with a great view.

Staff were super helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast had a variety of fresh and cooked food. Special shoutout for the spevific gliten free area.
