It was good! Beautiful property. We checked in around 8 pm or so and the lady at the check-in was not happy to see us. We weren't told about the free tasting at the winery next door and then next day we say a couple enjoying a complimentary glass of wine, which wasn't mentioned to us. Change the check-in to a friendly check-in with all the info and maybe udate the shower unit from a Motel 6 plastic enclosure and this place is amazing 5 stars!!

Beautiful Inn! Quiet place to stay, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Very close to Niagara on the lake, lovely town! Used the bikes that are provided to bike all over. It was wonderful! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were great and loved our room

I booked this with my siblings for our mom to get away with a friend and celebrate her 70th bday. From the moment of booking and calling to inquire about the stay for her, the staff have been incredible! They even called my the day of to confirm they’d arrived ok and set them up with a bday beverage on the patio. They helped us arrange a shuttle and dinner plans, and have shown such care and class the whole way. Amazing property and staff!!!

Lovely property amidst the vineyards. Enjoyed the fireplace in the room. Breakfast was delicious.

All staff were personable and welcoming. They serviced our needs exceptionally well. We enjoyed having the girls shuttle us to wineries and around town. We absolutely loved and will stay at Riverbend Inn again!

Beautiful scenery

Wonderful little oasis in close proximity to the Shaw Theatre and all the little shops. The Oakland was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Everyone working there is lovely.

Absolutely incredible location and stay. The staff, food, room, property were outstanding. We highly recommend staying here. Complimentary bicycles make for great adventures around the area. Free shuttle service too. Complimentary wine tasting steps away from this location. Incredible atmosphere and very welcoming!

From the moment we checked in, we were treated with kind courtesy and warmth. Loved the sweet touch of a glass of Rose’ upon checking in❣️ The room was not just beautiful, but very clean and inviting. The front desk was very accommodating and pleasant during our stay. Especially loved having coffee offered at the front desk each morning 😊.
